Do you offer free shipping? Yes, if you spend over £25.00 you will automatically qualify for free shipping.

My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do? Royal Mail can take upto 10 days to deliver parcels. But if you haven't received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please reach out and we will do our best to track it down for you.

What shipping do you use? We ship with Royal Mail 48 as standard. You also have the option to upgrade to Special Guaranteed.

How much is shipping? For all orders under £25.00 we have a flat shipping rate of £2.99.

How fast do you ship? We aim to dispatch same day for orders placed before 1pm. For personalised orders we aim to dispatch next day.

How do I claim the offers and deals? Just add the required products to your cart and the discounts or offers will automatically be added for you. No need to remember codes or jump through hoops. 

What wax do you use? We use natural soy wax in all of our wax products. 

Are your wax melts pet safe? Yes as pet owners ourselves this is really important to us, our products are safe to be used around pets.

How do I use your wax melts? 

• Wax Melt Pods Gently bend the wax pods to break into sections. Once broken you are able to remove each piece individually. We recommend placing 1 piece into your melter but you can add more or less depending on your preference for scent strength.
• Heart wax melts can simply be added to your melter straight from the box. We recommend 1-2 hearts depending on how strong you enjoy the scent. If you prefer a much more subtle scent just cut a heart in half.

What wax melter should I use? Both tea light and electric wax melters will work fine for our products. We would recommend using a 40-60w bulb in electric melters, this ensures they get hot enough for the best results. We offer a range of electric and tea light melters in our shop.

Do you make your products? Yes, all but a few products that can be found in our gift sets are made in-house by us. 

Are your wax melts vegan friendly? Yes, our wax melts are vegan friendly.

Are your products CLP compliant? Yes, we have an ongoing relationship with trading standards to ensure our products meet all required compliance and requirements.

As wax melts, candles use essential and fragrance oils that are classified as hazardous we therefore need to make sure we pass on all relevant information. This information includes our details, ingredients and any hazard information and pictograms required.

Are personalised candles the same quality? Our personalised candle range uses the exact same candles as our standard range. We just design and print personalised labels and apply before shipping.

Are your candles safe? Yes, we ensure all of our products and containers are tested and safe for use. General safety needs to be followed as with any open flame. Make sure candles are extinguished with 5mm of wax remaining and are only used in a safe area away from pets and children.

Are your room sprays pet safe? Yes, our room sprays are safe to be used in a home with pets.

How do I use your fragrance and essential oils?

• Diffusers when using a diffuser simply add a few drops on your oil when it is full of water (see manufacture instructions for filling)
• Oil Burners add some water and a few drops of oil to the top well of your burner. Light a tea light and place below. This will warm the water and release the aroma as vapor.

Where can I buy an oil burner? We offer a wide range of melters, burners and diffusers here in our shop. This range is always updating and changing so check back regularly.

Do you make the bath products? Yes, bath bombs, bath dust, bath salts and whipped soap are all made by RS Wellness Ltd in South Wales.

Are your products safe? Yes, all of our products hold all the relevant compliance and testing. We provide all relevant allergen information on products but if in doubt please reach out here and we will be happy to help.

Do you accept returns? Yes, we want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged we will ask for some photos and may provide a return label prior to processing a refund. If you are returning for another reason you will need to return the items in new condition to receive a refund.

Personalised Gifts

Due to these items being personalised unless they arrive damaged, we cannot refund these as they are personalised to your preference we are unable to resell these.
